The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a busy 360 desk, recruiting permanent and fixed-term professionals.

• Build and develop long-term client relationships

• Win new business while growing existing accounts

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Deliver an outstanding experience to both clients and candidates

• Develop your own specialist market and become the go-to recruiter in your sector

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already know how to balance business development with delivering an excellent recruitment service.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• A successful 360 recruitment background

• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills

• Confident developing new business and managing existing accounts

• Passionate about providing a high level of service

• Finance recruitment experience would be welcomed, although recruiters from any commercial sector will be considered

• Any existing client relationships or specialist market knowledge would be an advantage
