The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage a busy 360 recruitment desk, building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while developing new business opportunities.

• Manage temporary and permanent recruitment

• Build and develop existing client relationships

• Generate new business opportunities

• Interview and register candidates

• Match candidates to suitable vacancies

• Negotiate offers and provide an excellent recruitment service throughout the process

• Become a trusted recruitment partner to your clients

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll already understand agency recruitment and enjoy building relationships rather than simply chasing targets.

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• Strong business development and client management skills

• Enjoy working autonomously without constant supervision

• Relationship focused with a professional approach

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
