The Role

As a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant, you`ll manage your own 360 desk, building long-term relationships with schools and education professionals.

• Develop and grow your own desk

• Win new business and strengthen existing client relationships

• Source, interview and place education professionals

• Deliver an exceptional service to clients and candidates

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

• Work alongside a supportive team that genuinely wants you to succeed

About You

You`ll already be working as a Senior Education Recruitment Consultant or have a strong background in education recruitment and be looking for a move where you`ll feel valued, supported and properly rewarded.
