The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll:

• Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk

• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates

• Win new business and develop existing accounts

• Advertise vacancies and attract high-quality candidates

• Interview, shortlist and manage candidates through the recruitment process

• Negotiate offers and deliver an exceptional recruitment service

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll:

• Be motivated, driven and enjoy building lasting relationships

• Have recruitment experience or be looking to develop a career in the industry
