The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a 360 recruitment desk

• Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• Develop new business while growing existing accounts

• Recruit across permanent opportunities

• Work closely with an experienced and collaborative team

• Support the business as it expands into new markets

• Deliver a professional, consultative recruitment service from start to finish

About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• A proven track record of billing and developing business

• Confidence building relationships and winning new clients

• A positive, team-focused approach

• Experience in any recruitment sector
