Recruitment Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in the Technical / Engineering sector.

As an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for further developing an already established and very successful division. This role is suitable for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can pick up the reins on a hot desk as the company expands.

As an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-

• Build relationships with clients and account manage multiple clients

• Be a natural communicator and experienced in dealing with Technical / Engineering candidates.

• Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

• Provide exceptional customer service to candidate and clients over the telephone and face to face

• Be results driven with a proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace

• Possess a strong business and commercial acumen

We‘re offering the Senior Recruitment Consultant:-

• A basic of up to £35k

• A car allowance of £3k

• Plus a very generous commission scheme -
