The Role

These opportunities sit across specialist markets including Rail, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and IT.

Depending on your level, responsibilities could include:

• Running a full 360 recruitment desk

• Developing new business and growing existing accounts

• Managing key client relationships

• Delivering permanent and contract recruitment solutions

• Building talent pipelines within your chosen market

• Attending networking events and client meetings

• Negotiating offers and managing the recruitment process

• As a 360 Recruitment Consultant you will be used to helping develop new vertical markets and service offerings

The business is extremely busy, with substantial existing revenue streams and a strong reputation in its markets.

Success is measured on service levels, relationships and quality, not just billing figures.
