The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage and develop your own 360 recruitment desk

• Recruit across Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs

• Build long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

• Work closely with the resourcing team to maximise placements

• Manage the full recruitment process from registration through to placement

• Deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates

About You

To succeed as an Education Recruitment Consultant, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous education recruitment experience

• A proven billing background and strong business development skills

• The drive and ambition to maximise your earnings

• A relationship-led approach with clients and candidates

• The desire to join a business that is growing and exceptionally busy
