The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant - Education, you will:

• Manage and develop a specialist desk within SEND, Primary or Secondary education

• Build long-term relationships with schools and education professionals

• Recruit teachers and support staff for temporary and permanent vacancies

• Grow your desk through business development and networking

• Develop existing client relationships and identify new opportunities

• Interview, attract and support education professionals

• Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates

• Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are maintained

About You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant - Education, you`ll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within education, although recruiters from other sectors are encouraged to apply

• Strong relationship-building and business development skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• A consultative and service-led approach

• The drive to develop your desk and maximise your earning potential

• A genuine passion for helping schools and candidates succeed
