As a Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage and develop the existing Marketing desk
- Build the Sales recruitment side of the business
- Recruit across roles including Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Field Sales and Software Sales
- Develop new business alongside making the most of existing opportunities
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Attract, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage vacancies from initial brief through to offer
- Become the go-to recruiter for Sales and Marketing recruitment within the team
You`ll be a Sales & Marketing Recruitment Consultant who ideally has:
- Previous agency recruitment experience within Sales and/or Marketing
- A track record of developing and managing client relationships
- The confidence to develop a desk rather than simply service existing vacancies
- Strong business development skills
- Good knowledge of the Sales or Marketing recruitment market
- A proactive approach and the ability to spot opportunities
- A preference for working closely with your team in the office rather than looking for a predominantly home-based role
