The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you`ll take ownership of an established desk while continuing to grow your own client base and develop long-term partnerships.

• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk

• Develop new business opportunities

• Build and strengthen existing client relationships

• Recruit across your specialist market, delivering a consultative service

• Visit clients and develop a thorough understanding of their businesses

• Source, interview and manage candidates through the recruitment process

• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment journey from start to finish

About You

We`re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building relationships and wants the freedom to develop their own success.

• Previous agency recruitment experience in any recruitment discipline

• A proven billing history

• Strong business development and account management skills

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and commercially minded

• Flexible, ambitious and keen to learn a new market

• Confident building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates

• Full UK driving licence
