Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has already built a solid foundation in agency recruitment and is ready for the next step?

This opportunity gives you the chance to take over a warm desk with an established database, work on quality permanent appointments and enjoy genuine flexibility after your induction.

Following your initial 2-3 week office-based training, you`ll move to hybrid working, spending Mondays and Fridays with the team and the rest of the week working from home. You`ll also finish early every Friday afternoon, giving you a head start on the weekend.

With average fees of £9k-£10k, you`ll have the time to build lasting relationships rather than chasing volume.

The Role - Recruitment Consultant

You will:

• Manage your own 360 recruitment desk

• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Develop existing accounts while winning new business

• Source, interview and place quality candidates

• Manage the recruitment process from brief through to placement

• Deliver a consultative service to both clients and candidates

• Recruit for specialist permanent appointments

About You - Recruitment Consultant

You`ll ideally have:

• Previous agency recruitment experience

• The confidence to build strong client and candidate relationships

• A proactive and positive approach

• A genuine desire to learn and develop your career

• The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
